How long have you been illustrating and what made you start?
I've been drawing since before I can remember.
Where do you get your inspiration?
I'm inspired by fashion history, vintage aesthetics, dolls and Japanese prints.
Where is your favourite place to illustrate?
I like curling up in a chair with my sketchbook on my lap.
What are your illustrating/colouring material essentials?
I mostly use drawing pens.
What’s the piece of work that you’re most proud of or enjoyed doing the most?
I like Red Guard because of the simplicity of the colours.
Muted colours and pastels can create a nice overall scheme if you want to then make one deeper or more intense coloured element really stand out.
