If there’s two things we love, it’s supporting charity campaigns, and colouring! A new colouring project from Helping Herts combines the two! They are selling their new colouring book to raise money for their charity campaign.
Helping Herts is an amazing fundraising campaign supporting local hospices and Citizens Advice in Hertfordshire. They aim to provide financial support for these services after a rise in demand and fall in revenue during the UK pandemic. They also support local small businesses with resources and advice.
They’ve been able to raise over £130,000 for local charities since the campaign started in May 2021.
And their latest fundraising idea? An amazing colouring book, featuring designs from 10 fabulous Hertfordshire based artists!
In an interview, Kate Hounsome, one of the artists involved, said, “It is great to see that so many local artists and illustrators were happy to support the creation of the colouring book, and I really hope it makes a significant impact on the fundraising activities.”
Although the colouring book is not officially released yet, keep an eye on the Helping Herts website – as it’s said to be released any day now! The colouring book will be available to download for a £10 donation to the campaign.
